RATES:

Fares in euro, v.a.t. and taxes included
Children discounts: 0 – 4 years free; 5 – 15 years 50% (please provide date of birth on the booking).
Rates are subject to change with 30 days prior notice, in case of unforeseen increase of service's cost.

RESERVATION:

Booking must be sent by e-mail or fax with name and date of the tour, name and number of customer (adults and children). A passenger's local contact (hotel name or personal mobile) is required.
Booking is confirmed if not denied within 24 hours (48 hours on week-ends)

PAYMENT:

Methods of Payment is reqiured in advance by bank transfer or credit card.
For payment by credit card (VISA, Master) it is necessary to download page and send it by fax.
After successful payment you get a voucher.
All passengers must provide original voucher to be accepted on the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

No penalties for booking cancelled at least 2 working days before date of tour.
100% penalty for cancellation within 2 working days, no-show or late arrival on departure.
Only written cancellation (e-mail or fax) will be accepted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

milano24ore is not responsible for cancellations or changes of programs due to reasons beyond its control (partial or total closure of museums, monuments or churches, delay for traffic, strikes, etc.)
milano24ore is not responsible for any loss of personal items, which are left on the bus.
Any schedule change or cancellation will be sent by e-mail with highest priority; for existing booking alternative tours or full refund will be offered.
In winter season (November-February) some tours may be modified or suspended.
It is responsibility of all passengers to check with appropriate consulates if any visa is required.
